Your responsibilities:

- Analyze personnel management processes, identify opportunities for their optimization, standardization and digitalization.
- Initiate, plan and coordinate HR digitalization projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget.
- Formulate the development needs of HR systems and analytical tools, prepare functional requirements and coordinate their implementation with the IT team and suppliers.
- Coordinate the improvement of HR systems functionalities, the implementation of new solutions and the implementation of integrations.
- Initiate the development of HR indicators, analytical reports and data visualization solutions.
- Organize solution testing, user training and consulting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose further improvements.
- Collaborate with responsible specialists to ensure data protection, security and confidentiality requirements.
What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in business process optimization, information systems development or project management.
- Able to analyze business needs and clearly formulate functional requirements for the IT team.
- Understand the principles of information systems, integrations and data management.
- Have experience in project coordination, are able to manage priorities and cooperate with different teams.
- Distinguished by analytical thinking, independence and clear communication.
- Able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
We will consider
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems (HRIS) as a great advantage.
- Experience with BSS, Vecticum or other HR systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, automation and data analytics principles.
- Experience in implementing systems integration or AI solutions projects.
