We are looking for someone who would be a true people management partner in their department.
Not only would they carry out HR processes, but they would also see what managers, the team and people need - would notice where help is needed, suggest a solution and take care of its implementation.

What are you going to do:
You will be a HR partner for your department and:
- collaborate with managers and help solve people management issues;
- take care of employee recruitment and selection and a good candidate experience throughout the process;
- monitor the department's needs - what people, competencies or changes are needed to achieve its goals;
- contribute to the smooth adaptation of new employees;
- create HR processes, including employee experience and engagement surveys, analyze their results, identify areas for improvement and seek solutions together with managers;
- contribute to employee education and competency development solutions;
- participate in creating and improving HR management processes;
- be assigned as a HR competence center in the organization.
We hope you:
- has experience in HR partner, HR project manager, selection partner or similar positions;
- understands that HR work is not just about processes, forms and systems – it is also about relationships, trust, the ability to see people and at the same time understand the needs of the organization;
- knows how to talk to managers, hear their reality and at the same time help them make better people management decisions;
- are interested in the HR field, follow what is happening in it, and want to propose new ideas;
- are able not only to propose projects, but also to implement them;
- are positive and view challenges as situations in which a solution can be found;
- knows how to work independently, take responsibility and set priorities;
- want to be not “next to the department”, but a part of it – to understand what it lives for, what is important to it and where HR help can create the most value.
