What are you going to do:
- You will organize and conduct employee selections from discussing the need to the job offer.
- You will cooperate with department heads in planning employee needs and finding the best solutions.
- You will coordinate the onboarding of new employees and ensure that the employee's first experience in the company is smooth.
- You will organize the offboarding process, collect feedback and provide suggestions for improving processes.
- You will consult managers on daily personnel issues.
- You will contribute to performance evaluation, feedback and employee development initiatives.
- You will initiate and implement activities to strengthen employee engagement and internal culture.
- You will analyze the adaptation process of new employees and provide suggestions for its improvement.
- You will contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
We hope you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in personnel selection or HR.
- Able to independently manage several selections at the same time.
- You enjoy working with people and easily build trusting relationships.
- You are able to consult managers and are not afraid of constructive conversations.
- You are proactive, organized and result-oriented.
- You are interested in modern HR practices and want to apply them.
- You have good Lithuanian language skills, English would be an advantage.
