We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
- administration of employment relations (preparation, amendment, termination of employment contracts, accounting of working hours, etc.);
- entry and administration of personnel data in the personnel and payroll program;
- participation in projects for improving and standardizing employment relations processes;
- consulting bank employees on issues of employment relations administration;
- submission of periodic reports.
We need you if you:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of employment relations administration;
- you have a higher education (an advantage is in the fields of human resources management, law);
- you have excellent knowledge of total working time accounting - this would be an advantage;
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor law and are able to apply them in practice;
- you have good skills in MS Office basic programs (an advantage is experience working with the Navision program);
- you are organized, able to flexibly plan tasks, taking into account priorities;
- you have excellent analytical skills, you are meticulous and responsible.
We offer you:
- salary from 2000 to 2400 EUR (excluding taxes). A variable part of the remuneration is also possible, which is allocated based on work results;
