Your future activities:
- Lead the Production HR department – manage and coordinate teams responsible for staff coordination, selection, and accommodation and transportation planning, ensuring smooth cooperation between different functions.
- Plan long-term workforce needs, forecast resource demand and ensure timely recruitment of employees, taking into account business growth plans.
- Ensure the efficiency of recruitment, migration and integration processes of employees from distant countries, in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee employee selection processes, ensuring timely recruitment, selection and integration of employees.
- Manage employee distribution, mobility and transportation planning, in order to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and effective allocation of labor.
- Develop and maintain close cooperation with production, project management and support functions, ensuring that HR services meet business priorities and needs.

- Has successful experience in leading a team and is able to motivate and achieve common goals, ensuring high quality of services.
- Has experience in employee coordination, personnel operations, selections or resource planning, preferably in a project company, production or other dynamic environment.
- Has strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills and is able to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Has excellent communication management skills and is able to effectively cooperate with different departments.
- Makes data-based decisions, analyzes situations, identifies business risks and improvement opportunities.
- Is able to respond promptly to changing situations, sets priorities and makes independent decisions.
- Speaks and writes fluently in English.
- We will consider it a great advantage if you have experience working with attracting employees from distant countries, migration processes, and their integration in international projects.
