Nature of work
UAB Kauno švara - one of the leading waste management companies, is looking for a Head of the Human Resources Department in Kaunas. The purpose of the position is to ensure strategic and effective personnel management, by forming and implementing the organization's personnel policy, strengthening the leadership competencies of managers, creating a motivating organizational culture and implementing advanced personnel management solutions that contribute to the company's performance results.
Implementation of personnel management policy.
Personnel documentation and database management.
Development and implementation of personnel strategy.
Development of personnel motivation and engagement strategies.
Ensuring personnel assessment, competence development and motivation processes.
Control of working time accounting.
Ensuring internal communication of the company.
Improving the remuneration policy, ensuring the implementation of transparent wage principles.
Cooperation with trade unions, state institutions and other social partners.
Implementation of employment programs.
Implementation of personnel management policy.

Employee requirements
Higher education (in personnel management, law, management or related fields).
Experience in personnel management (at least 5 years is an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and personnel management processes.
Practical experience in developing and implementing personnel strategies, performance evaluation, remuneration and employee development systems.
Experience in managing organizational changes and optimizing processes.
Experience in working with the principles of cumulative working time accounting.
Ability to make strategic decisions, analyze data and effectively manage changes.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and team management skills.
Experience in cooperating with trade unions would be an advantage.
Work experience with DVS "Kontora" and personnel management system "Nevda" is an advantage.
Experience in a production, logistics, construction or other technical organization is an advantage.
Experience in personnel management (at least 5 years is an advantage).
Excellent knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and personnel management processes.
