We are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who would contribute to the coordination of foreign employees and the implementation of HR processes. We offer a dynamic job with plenty of independence, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Accommodation, adaptation, administration of third-country workers and resolution of daily issues related to third-country workers.
- Cooperation with the Migration Department, employment agencies and other institutions;
- Contribution to the organization of company holidays, events and employee welfare initiatives.
- Performance of other tasks related to employee coordination and personnel activities.
Requirements:
- Computer skills;
- English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Similar work experience (Advantage).
