A member of our small staff team is looking for new challenges, and we are opening our doors to you!
We are looking for a responsible specialist who we will guarantee comprehensive training, a respectful and ethical culture.
Main responsibilities of the new team member:
- In cooperation with managers, carry out a full employee selection cycle - from publishing job advertisements to a smooth start for new employees.
- Prepare, manage and archive documents regulating employment relations so that they comply with the labor legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Administer personnel management and accounting systems, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of data in them.
- Organize employee qualification improvement and mandatory training, from searching for training providers to organizing documents.
- Contribute to internal personnel projects, process improvement and goal implementation.
- Translate personnel information materials from English to Lithuanian.
- Assist the personnel manager in daily personnel processes.
- Organize company festive events.
Requirements
- Higher education (in personnel management, psychology, law or another related field).
- At least 2 years of experience in the personnel field (a great advantage).
- Knowledge of the labor law and personnel administration legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and their application.
- Excellent communication skills, tolerance and respect when communicating with employees.
- Initiative, responsibility, diligence, independence.
- Very good computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both oral and written).
