What will your working day look like?
Organization of employee search and selection: preparation of job advertisements, search for candidates, interviews and communication with candidates.
Coordination of the process of introducing new employees to work and adaptation.
Administration of personnel documents, updating data and providing necessary information to employees.
Assistance in organizing employee training, internal events and team initiatives.
Support of internal communication and preparation of information for employees.
Resolving and consulting employee issues related to personnel processes.
Preparation of personnel data, reports and other employee-related documents.
Cooperation with department heads in resolving daily personnel issues.
Contribution to the smooth daily office activities and the creation of a cozy, friendly and inclusive work environment.

This position is perfect for you if:
You have at least 1 year of work experience in personnel, administration or a similar field.
You are communicative, organized and enjoy working with people.
You are able to independently plan work and take care of several tasks at the same time.
You are responsible, meticulous and are not afraid of initiative.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage.
Knowledge of the basics of personnel document administration and the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania would be an advantage.

UAB "Bordena" is a furniture parts manufacturing company, located in Ariogala and started its activities in 2015. We specialize in the production of solid furniture components (shelves, partitions, bed bottoms, etc.) from various types of panels.
in 2016 we implemented the FSC standard in our activities, which ensures that our products are made from wood obtained from a forest that complies with the principles of sustainable development, and there were no impurities from uncertified forests at any stage of the product production.
The application of the FSC standard in the company not only guarantees that the manufactured products meet the strictest quality and safety requirements, but also indicates that the company's activities pay special attention to improving the microclimate of employees and the safety and health of work.
During 2018 we implemented the main tasks of the company's development and quality standards and grew to slightly more than 100 employees. Quality furniture made from our components reaches its customers all over the world.
