Job Description:
Search and selection of employees (foreigners)
Candidate assessment, interviews
Document preparation (employment contracts, recruitment)
Communication with existing employees
Coordination of employees and assistance with daily issues
Cooperation with the Migration Department and other institutions
Posting and administration of job advertisements
Communication with clients

Requirements:
Work experience in recruitment / HR
Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and employees by phone and in writing
Experience in customer service, sales or similar is an advantage
Ability to work independently and plan your own working time
Responsibility, organization and result orientation
Ability to solve problems and respond quickly to situations
Computer literacy (email, MS Office / Google Docs)
Good knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English
Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn

Salary is negotiable depending on the candidate's experience.
