We invite a HR specialist to join our company who would like to grow in the HR field, contribute to the well-being of employees and become an important part of the daily activities of the company. We offer a fixed-term 1.5-year employment contract (maternity cover) 💫
Main responsibilities:
✅Search and selection of employees, candidate assessment and interviewing
✅Preparation and administration of job advertisements
✅Preparation and administration of employment contracts and other personnel documents
✅Working time accounting
✅Working with business trips, A1 forms and related documentation
✅Communication with employees on daily issues and problem solving
✅Cooperation with the accounting department
✅Daily communication with the company manager on administrative and company management issues
✅Preparation and administration of job advertisements

✅Working time accounting

Employee requirements
✅1-2 years of experience in personnel administration / HR
✅Knowledge of time accounting
✅Excellent skills in MS Excel and other MS Office / Google Docs
✅Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment
✅Ability to independently plan time and solve problems
✅Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
✅Excellent knowledge of English
✅ Knowledge of labor law
✅Knowledge of time accounting
