Your work will not end with hiring an employee - you will accompany them from the first interview, help them adapt, maintain contact, and contribute to a good employee experience at the company.
Nature of work:
- Preparation and administration of employee employment/dismissal documents, amendments to employment contracts, preparation of various certificates;
- Administration of vacations, business trips and advances;
- Coordination and administration of occupational safety documentation;
- Organization of ordering and issuing of ESDK cards;
- Accounting of working hours of seconded employees - entering hours, resolving discrepancies;
- Entering data into systems, administration of documents and signatures;
- Operational resolution of emerging problems;
- Communication with employees, collecting feedback and assistance in resolving emerging issues;
- Cooperation with managers and contribution to employee engagement, retention and other HR initiatives.
We hope you:
- Have successful work experience in the field of personnel management/administration and knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Code;
- Have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel - required);
- Able to communicate in English (verbally and in writing). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Have good time planning, organizational and collaboration skills;
- You are an initiative, responsible and independent person, able to make decisions, effectively plan your work and achieve the desired results.
