About us:
UAB "Kauno autobusai" is one of the largest and most modern public transport companies in Lithuania, consistently investing in the renewal of its transport fleet and technological development. We are looking to join our professional team as a Human Resources Specialist (permanent contract), responsible for the smooth administration of personnel documents and the prompt resolution of daily personnel-related issues.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation and registration of employee employment, dismissal, orders, vacation requests and other personnel documents in the personnel management system.
- Formation of employee personal files, uploading documents to the personnel management system and the common server, maintaining registers and archiving documents.
- Coordination of third-party employee recruitment and migration processes.
- Cooperation with other company departments, assistance to managers and employees in resolving issues related to labor relations.
- Proactive participation in improving personnel processes, internal procedures and organizational culture.
- Performance of other personnel-related tasks.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education (in the field of personnel management or law - an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with candidates, employees, institutions, agencies and colleagues.
- Knowledge of third-country employee recruitment and migration processes - an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Russian (written and spoken) - a great advantage.
- Computer literacy, attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage several processes and their deadlines.
- Ability to work with the "Labbis" program - an advantage.
