Nature of work:
- Actively attracting professional drivers, searching for new candidates, establishing contacts and proactively testing various methods and channels in order to interest potential candidates and encourage them to join the company;
- Analyzing the market and the latest trends, searching for opportunities and transforming them into specific initiatives, creative solutions and effective driver attraction actions;
- Cooperating with the Marketing and Communication team, proposing and implementing creative, unconventional ideas for driver attraction;
- Actively communicating on social networks with potential candidates, promptly managing requests and searching for new ways to reach the audience;
- Proactively cooperating with driver search agencies in third countries, searching for new attraction opportunities and developing long-term partnerships;
- Organizing driver selections and conducting job interviews in order to assess the suitability of candidates and present them with career opportunities in the company;
- Administration of selection data in the business management system, ensuring smooth process management and results orientation;
- Maintaining constant communication with drivers working in the company, identifying their needs, collecting feedback and proactively providing solutions and suggestions in order to improve the driver experience and recruitment results.

- You have experience in finding and attracting long-distance drivers and conducting their selection;
- You are proactive, not afraid to take the initiative, establish new contacts and try unconventional methods of attracting candidates;
- You are able to convince, interest candidates and build long-term professional relationships, focusing on tangible results;
- You speak and write Russian fluently, so you can confidently communicate with candidates and partners in various situations;
- You are able to communicate in English and feel confident in an international environment;
- You are independent, responsible and goal-oriented - you are able to plan your activities, respond promptly to emerging challenges and turn ideas into concrete results.
