Human Resources Specialist in Klaipėda

We invite a PERSONNEL SPECIALIST to join our growing team in KLAIPĖDA. This position is ideal for a specialist who already has experience in personnel, client and candidate management and wants to gain more knowledge and continue his career in the fields of candidate selection, project management, documentation and work with clients. You will work with various clients and their areas of activity, get to know different corporate cultures and their needs for candidates, solve various situations that arise - there is little monotony in this job!

Job description:

• Active search and attraction of candidates through various channels (social networks, databases, other sources);
• Conducting job interviews with candidates, assessing their competencies and motivation;
• Maintaining constant contact with active and potential candidates;
• Administration of candidate data in the company's internal system, preparation of reports;
• Managing client projects - from clarifying the need to completing the selection process;
• Collaboration with clients, managers, marketing and other team members;
• Suggesting ideas for improving candidate attraction and selection processes;
• Monitoring labor market trends and providing insights.

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel selection, candidate attraction, customer service or communication;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written);
• Result-oriented and ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
• Ability to independently plan work and quickly adapt to changes;
• Analytical thinking, ability to systematize information and make proposals;
• Knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

Salary:

1300-1500 €/month. into your hands
