You will be responsible for:
- Administration of employee recruitment, dismissal and other personnel documents;
- Preparation of employment contracts, their amendments, agreements and orders;
- Work with A1 certificate orders and administration for posted employees;
- Accounting and control of employee leave, absences and other requests;
- Personnel data administration and document archiving;
- Work with the accounting and business management system Rivilė;
- Registration and control of working time accounting;
- Communication with "Sodra", the Employment Service and other institutions on personnel issues;
- Consulting managers on personnel administration issues.
We hope you:
- You have experience in personnel administration;
- You are well versed in Lithuanian labor law;
- You have experience working with Rivilė (an advantage);
- You are diligent, responsible and able to plan your work;
- You know how to work with MS Office programs;
- You have good knowledge of Russian and English.
