We hope that:
- you have worked as a personnel specialist and have at least 1 year of experience;
- Knowledge of personnel management processes;
- Strategic thinking, independence, initiative, creativity;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Latvia;
- Leadership, organizational, planning and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be able to motivate a team;
- That you speak Russian well. Knowledge of English is an advantage.

You will be responsible for ( a):
- Preparation, administration and systematization of the company's personnel documentation;
- Management of personnel processes (procedures for concluding/amending/terminating employment contracts, etc., checking and submitting timesheets to accounting, drawing up schedules);
- Organization of employee recruitment, search and selection processes;
- Administration of job advertisements on websites, social networks, professional portals;
- Supervision of the recruitment process of employees from abroad;
- Assistance to company managers and executives.
