We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who would enjoy not only selecting employees, but also communicating with people once they have joined our team. Your work will not end with the hiring of an employee - you will accompany them from the first interview, help them adapt, stay in touch and contribute to a good employee experience in the company.
This is a diverse and dynamic job, where you will communicate with candidates, production workers and managers every day, solve different situations and, together with the HR team, contribute to the growth of the company.

- Employee search and selection – from discussing the need to choosing the right candidate.
- Preparing job advertisements, searching for candidates and conducting job interviews.
- Coordinating the recruitment, introduction and adaptation of new employees.
- Communicating with employees, collecting feedback and helping to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with managers and contributing to employee engagement, retention and other HR initiatives.
We expect from you:
- Experience in employee selection or other HR field.
- Ability to independently organize and conduct selections.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law.
- Ability to communicate and find a common language with both production employees and managers.
- Empathy, organization and responsibility.
- Initiative and desire not only to complete tasks, but also to look for better solutions.
