Nature of work
- Performing personnel administration functions.
- Preparing and administering documents related to employment relations.
- Administering and accounting for personnel data in information systems.
- Consulting employees according to their competence.
- Preparing reports, internal documents, certificates and providing information.
Requirements
- Higher / higher education (preferably in human resources management, business administration, public administration, law, economics or other related field).
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating personnel administration and labor law is an advantage.
- Knowledge of document preparation and management rules.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).
- Knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to work with large flows of information.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
