Your future activities:
- Preparation of employment documents for foreign citizens and coordination of the entire employment process.
- Ordering A1 certificates.
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign state institutions on employment issues of citizens of non-European Union countries.
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements for posting employees.
- Preparation of employment documentation (contracts, agreements with employees, etc.).
- Management of the employment and documentation administration process.
We hope you:
- You have work experience in the employment of citizens of non-European Union countries.
- You have obtained a higher education.
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania related to the employment of foreign citizens.
- You are able to communicate in English and Russian.
- You have very good computer skills (MS Office).
- You are a proactive and flexible personality who adapts to changing information.
- You are able to work effectively in stressful situations and promptly solve problems.
