We will trust you:
- Implementation of human resources administration processes in personnel management systems.
- The entire employee selection process: from the preparation and publication of job advertisements to the employment of the employee and their smooth introduction into the organization.
- Preparation and administration of documentation related to employment relations.
- Performance of other personnel functions, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The opportunity to contribute to the organization of internal company events - from small team-building initiatives to larger summer and winter events.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education in personnel, business administration or similar field (required).
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel (selections, documentation, work with personnel management systems) (required).
- Has experience working with such programs as BSS, VIKARINA, SAP (advantage).
- You have excellent command of MS 365 package programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point).
- You have very good written and oral English skills.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are proactive, responsible and really want to work with people and contribute to the implementation of personnel projects.
