Personnel Specialist

Selection management: Preparation of job advertisements, active search for candidates and organization of the entire selection process (several searches per year).

Documentation management: Preparation and registration of employment contracts, director's orders (on admission, dismissal, vacation, etc.) and other personnel documents, constant updating in accordance with changing legal acts.

Employee administration: Management of employee personal files and cards, preparation of draft job regulations and revision of name lists.

Onboarding: Introducing newly hired employees to internal rules, positions and company culture.

Consulting: Consulting employees on issues of labor relations and internal procedures, in accordance with applicable legal acts.

Reports and control: Collection of statistical data, preparation of personnel management reports for management, assistance in resolving disciplinary or conflict situations.

Event organization: Planning and implementation of internal company events, celebrations, and team building initiatives.

Have work experience in the field of personnel administration and selection.

You have excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating employment relations.

You are characterized by extreme diligence, attention to detail and quality orientation.

You have excellent communication, conflict management and organizational skills.

You have experience working with a Document Management System (DMS).

You are receptive to information systems (experience in working with personnel management programs would be an advantage).
