Nature of work:
- Personnel documentation management (employment, dismissal in accordance with the regulations of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, amendments to employment contracts, administration of employee vacations, etc.).
- Employee data management, administration;
- Management of working time accounting sheets;
- Preparation, updating, improvement and compliance of personnel procedures.
- Coordination of the employee recruitment process, selection.
- Communication with employees, consulting.
- Organization of employee congratulations on various occasions.
- Preparation of personnel reports.
- Performance of other tasks related to the field of human resources.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher university education (administration/psychology/human resource management would be an advantage).
- Similar work experience (at least 2 years).
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports.
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Strong skills in working with the Microsoft Office package.
- Work experience with MS NAVISION or a similar ERP system (at least 1 year);
- Excellent clerical, organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
