Your main tasks:
- Initial phone interviews with candidates – you will be the company's first point of contact for candidates, assessing their experience, motivation and skills.
- Preparing job advertisements – you will create attractive advertisements and ensure that they are visible on appropriate portals.
- Communicating with potential candidates on social networks – you will answer candidates' questions and encourage them to be interested in career opportunities at the company.
- Preparing reports and analyzing results – you will collect data and analyze it.
- Labor market research – you will conduct market analysis and provide insights that help identify the best candidate search strategies.
- Contribution to various HR projects and processes – you will engage in different activities that will help expand your knowledge and skills.
