Nature of work

What will your workday look like:

You will manage and administer personnel documents, employment contracts and their amendments, terminations and internal transfers of employees.
You will consult managers and employees on issues of labor relations and personnel administration.
You will administer employee data in the SAP SuccessFactors system and ensure their accuracy.
You will coordinate personnel administration processes of foreign citizens in the "Girteka" group of companies.
You will administer organizational structure data in personnel management systems.
You will prepare certificates and other personnel administration documents.
You will ensure compliance of working time accounting with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and internal company procedures and carry out its control.

What we expect from you:

Experience in the field of personnel administration.
Good knowledge of English (verbal and written), knowledge of Russian is a great advantage.
Responsibility, confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive information.
Clear communication skills and the ability to systematically convey information.

Monthly salary (gross): From €1,930 to €2,420. The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
