We are looking for a specialist who will not only ensure smooth personnel documentation, but also actively participate in selections and other HR processes. Join our team if personnel administration is not just about rules and spreadsheets for you, but also about people, processes and growth!
Responsibilities waiting for you:
- Employee cycle administration and management – recruitment, adaptation, dismissal processes;
- Control of timesheets and employee absences;
- Work with the personnel management system Vikarina, preparation of reports, analysis of personnel indicators;
- Preparation and updating of internal rules, various orders and procedures;
- Participation in the employee selection process – preparation of advertisements, planning of interviews;
- Assistance to managers and employees in resolving issues related to employment relations;
- Performance of other personnel-related tasks.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel management and have a higher education;
- You have excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and are skilled in the field of labor relations administration;
- You have excellent computer skills, you work well with MS Office programs;
- You are familiar with the principles of total working time accounting;
- You have excellent communication skills - you are able to communicate with various people and establish contacts;
- You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English (verbally and in writing) and are able to convey your thoughts fluently;
- You are able to work independently, you are attentive to details, responsible, proactive and have a positive attitude.
