We are looking for a thorough, systematic and proactive HR specialist. If you already have first-hand experience in the HR field and want to continue growing, this position may be just for you.
Job Description:
- Administration of daily HR processes and documents.
- Management of employee data and administration of HR systems.
- Preparation of HR reports and coordination of data required for payroll using Microsoft Excel.
- Administration of employee selection, employment, change of working conditions and exit processes.
- Consulting managers and employees on daily HR and labor law issues.
- Administration of employee benefits, support of internal communication and participation in improving HR processes.
Employee requirements
What we expect from you
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration or a similar field.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work with data and information systems.
- Knowledge of the basics of Lithuanian labor law.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Diligence, systematic thinking and a desire to improve.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Higher education in personnel management, law, management or a similar field.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
