We are looking for a thorough and systematic HR specialist who enjoys working with people, data and systems.

- Administration of personnel documents and employee data.
- Maintenance of HR systems and preparation of reports.
- Working with data using Microsoft Excel.
- Assistance in the selection, hiring and exit processes of employees.
- Consulting employees and managers on daily HR issues.
- Administration of employee benefits, internal communication and HR projects.
- Participation in the improvement of HR processes and systems.
Employee requirements
What we expect from you:
We will consider it an advantage if:
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration or similar field.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work with data and information systems.
- Diligence, systematic thinking and attention to detail.
- Basics of Lithuanian labor law.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on more responsibility.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- Higher education in personnel management, law, management or similar field.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
