Nature of work
We are looking for a HR manager to take care of the well-being of the employees of "Maisto bankas", whose organization employs 120 people throughout Lithuania. We will entrust you with three main areas: specialist selection, personnel document administration and employee safety. The work will be enriched with various projects and events.
- Management of specialist-level selections: placing advertisements, initial interviews with candidates, organizing meetings with hiring managers;
- Administration of personnel documents - DVS system (BSS IT);
- Caring for employee safety in cooperation with a consulting company;
- Assist in organizing events, trainings, and inclusive activities for employees;
You will do well in this job if you:
- You know the Labor Code and are able to apply it in everyday activities;
- You have experience in selecting specialists;
- You have a higher education (in the field of human resources, personnel management, administration or organizational psychology - would be an advantage);
- You are able to communicate in English;
- You are able to carefully and thoroughly prepare employment, dismissal documents, amendments to employment contracts, orders, various procedures and personnel-related reports.
- You have very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Teams, Canva);
- You are able to independently plan work, you are result-oriented, responsible, proactive, positive.
