Your main goal:
- Creating and integrating an inclusive culture: promoting community among employees of different generations, genders and nationalities, assisting in the integration of colleagues from third countries, preventing and resolving cultural or generational misunderstandings.
- Responsibility and decision-making: independent process management, ability to take responsibility for personnel decisions and their results.
- Fostering a community: creating and implementing internal communication, traditions and motivational tools that unite the entire team.
- Personnel search and selection: effective attraction, induction and smooth training process of production and administrative employees.
- Documentation and labor law: management of personnel documents (contracts, orders, employment of foreigners), compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Working time accounting: maintenance and management of working time accounting sheets (tables) and schedules.
- Process knowledge: deep insight into all production and operational processes of the company.
- Creation of employee positions.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience: at least 2-3 years of successful experience in the field of personnel management (HR) (experience in the manufacturing sector and working with foreign citizens is a great advantage).
Personal qualities: high energy level, positivity, empathy, initiative, courage to make decisions and take personal responsibility for the result.
Legal and administrative basics: excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, experience in managing personnel documentation and time accounting.
Languages and literacy: excellent Lithuanian literacy. Knowledge of Russian and/or English (necessary for fluent communication with employees from third countries).
Driver's license: category B (required).
