ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

development of personnel management strategy and policy and its implementation, in line with the organization's goals;
formation and implementation of employee development and career planning strategies;
creation and implementation of employee competency assessment processes in the company;
development and implementation of reward and motivation systems;
ensuring internal communication;
organization and implementation of projects to increase employee engagement and empowerment;
daily development of the management team and the cultivation of leadership and other competencies in the organization;
formation of organizational culture.

have a higher university education in the field of management/human resources;
have 3-5 years of similar work experience and are able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice;

have experience in developing and implementing personnel management tools and good practices;
are communicative, result-oriented;
have excellent planning skills.
