Our client is an international group of companies with Lithuanian capital, engaged in the rental and sale of construction equipment in Lithuania and other European countries. The group represents high-quality brands and is consistently expanding its activities internationally. The organization is currently inviting a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Kaunas.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSONNEL MANAGER(S) IN THE ORGANIZATION:
- Develop and implement personnel management principles and systematic HR processes in the group of companies.
- Ensure an effective employee search and selection process and smooth employee introduction.
- Cooperate closely with the company's management team, consulting on personnel management and employee development issues.
- Independently manage key personnel processes: employee performance and competency assessment, engagement and retention decisions, organizational culture formation.
- Form employee welfare decisions and contribute to the organization of internal events.
- Contribute to the development of personnel policies, internal rules and practices and their application in daily activities.
EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Higher education (an advantage is in the field of organizational psychology).
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
- Practical knowledge of selection, employee development, engagement and retention processes.
- Orientation towards employees, relationships and their well-being.
- Good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage).
