ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

development of personnel management strategy and policy and its implementation, in line with the organization's goals;
formation and implementation of employee development and career planning strategies;
development and implementation of reward and motivational systems;
ensuring internal communication;
organization and implementation of projects to increase employee engagement and empowerment;
daily development of the management team and the development of leadership and other competencies in the organization;
initiation and organization of projects to digitize personnel processes;
formation of organizational culture.

have excellent planning skills.
