Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Company's goals by consulting the management team on human resource management issues and actively participating in making personnel-related decisions.
- Plan, organize, coordinate and continuously improve the processes of searching for, selecting, hiring and adapting employees, ensuring their efficiency and quality.
- Analyze personnel indicators, prepare performance analyses and provide data-based proposals for improving personnel processes and organizational activities.
- Together with the Regional Personnel Team, implement the Company's personnel policy, ensuring its adaptation to the needs of the Company.
- Plan, organize and coordinate employee development and training processes in order to strengthen employees' competencies and their professional growth.
- Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the administration and coordination processes of the payroll, motivation and additional benefits systems.
- Plan and control the Company's payroll, HR department activities and training budgets, ensuring their effective use.
- Ensure the functioning of the employee performance evaluation system, coordinate its implementation and initiate its improvement, promoting a culture of open feedback and cooperation.
- Ensure compliance of documents regulating employment relations, internal procedures and personnel processes with the requirements of legal acts and their timely updating.
- Organize and coordinate the processes of administering employment relations of employees working in foreign countries, in cooperation with external partners.
- Ensure the effective use of the personnel management system (BMS), initiate and coordinate the digitalization of personnel processes and their improvement.
- Initiate and implement personnel management projects and process improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency of the organization's activities.
- Consult the Company's managers on issues of labor law, personnel management and organizational changes.
- Manage the activities of the Personnel Department, organize teamwork, develop employee competencies and ensure effective organization of the department's activities (directly subordinate - 2 employees).
You will be a great team member if:
- You will have a degree in business management and administration, psychology or personnel management.
- You will have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- You have good command of English (Russian is an advantage).
- You will have excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office tools.
- You will be receptive to innovations and open to constant changes.
- You will be able to offer new, effective and creative tools and methods for employee selection, motivation and engagement.
- You will have excellent analytical thinking, good organizational and time planning skills, and you are an initiative, independent and positive-thinking person.
