We are looking for a HR manager who is able to connect with people, understand the rhythm of production and help create an environment where employees feel valued and supported. In this position, you will pay special attention to production workers and operators - from selection and induction to strengthening their daily experience and well-being.

You will conduct employee selections, paying special attention to the needs of the production team.
You will cooperate with production administration, managers and foremen on a daily basis, helping to resolve employee and team issues.
You will establish direct contact with operators and other production employees: you will listen to their needs, collect feedback and initiate practical improvements.
You will develop and improve employee induction, adaptation, training and other personnel processes.
You will implement initiatives that strengthen employee well-being, engagement and retention.
You will analyze employee turnover, selection results, employee feedback and other HR indicators, and turn insights into specific action plans.
You will consult managers on team management, employee development and daily cooperation.
You will have the opportunity to shape personnel processes and directly contribute to employee well-being.
You will have a responsible role in which you will combine strategic decisions with practical work in a team.
You will strengthen internal communication and a work culture based on trust and respect.

Experience in personnel management in a manufacturing company and a good understanding of the needs of production employees.
Practical experience in employee selection and personnel process improvement.
Fluency in English and Russian – both languages are essential for this job.
Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and the ability to apply it in everyday situations.
Ability to analyze data, set priorities and propose practical solutions.
Independence, initiative and the ability to establish relationships with different people in the organization – from operators to managers.
Willing to actively participate in the daily life of the production team and see the impact of their work.

2500-2800 €/mon. net
The salary will depend on the candidate's experience.
