Primary responsibilities
- form and implement a unified personnel management strategy for all Lithuanian companies of the group (UAB “LitEgg”, UAB “Ariogalos Grūdai”, UAB “Baltic Champs” and future group companies);
- ensure effective organization of all personnel processes – employee search, selection, employment, adaptation, assessment, development and employment relations administration;
- consult company managers on issues of employee management, organizational changes and labor law;
- plan and coordinate employee needs, organizational structure and human resource planning;
- develop and implement unified systems of personnel policy, procedures and internal rules in all Lithuanian companies of the group;
- organize employee performance evaluation, goal setting and motivation systems;
- coordinate the development of salary, job evaluation and remuneration policy together with the finance team;
- analyze personnel indicators (KPI), employee turnover, work productivity, absenteeism, engagement and prepare regular reports for management;
- ensure compliance with labor law requirements and cooperate with state institutions;
- organize employee training, management development programs and talent development;
- actively participate in projects to digitize personnel processes and implement HR information systems and self-service solutions;
- collaborate with the Latvian HR team, ensuring uniform Group standards and implementation of good practices;
- form a positive organizational culture, strengthen the employer image and employee engagement.
Requirements for the candidate
- higher education in human resources management, business management, law, psychology or similar field;
- at least 5 years of managerial experience in personnel management;
- experience working in a manufacturing company or an international group of companies would be a great advantage;
- excellent knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and personnel administration;
- experience in managing organizational changes and developing personnel processes;
- experience in developing reward, motivation and performance evaluation systems;
- very good analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;
- experience in working with HR information systems and personnel analytics;
- strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
- ability to work independently and manage several companies at the same time;
- good knowledge of English.
