A company operating in the transport and logistics sector is looking for a Human Resources Manager in Šiauliai to join a significant stage of organizational transformation. This is a position for someone who wants to be not only a developer of HR processes, but also a strategic partner for managers – to advise them on people management issues, help strengthen leadership competencies and increase team efficiency.
The main focus of this role will be on working with managers: advising, developing and supporting them when working with teams. At the same time, it will also be a role of coordinating the entire HR function – from the development of HR management processes to the organization and supervision of HR administration and documentation processes.
The position will provide an opportunity to have a real influence on organizational changes, create and develop HR management practices and operate in an environment where trust, independence and initiative are valued.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult and support managers on employee management, team building and development issues.
- Help managers effectively solve challenges related to people and team cooperation.
- Create, implement and develop personnel management processes and systems.
- Monitor the personnel document management procedure and ensure the smooth operation of personnel administration processes.
- Contribute to the development of the organizational structure, responsibilities and competency model.
- Develop employee performance evaluation, development, career and reward systems.
- Strengthen internal communication, organizational culture and employer image.
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of organizational changes.

WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, at least part of which you have worked as a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR position.
- You have worked with the creation and development of HR processes and systems.
- You have experience in collaborating with managers and consulting them on people management issues.
- You have participated in organizational change or transformation processes.
- You have good knowledge of labor law and HR administration processes.
- You are able to build trust-based relationships and be a reliable partner for organizational leaders.
- You are proactive, focused on solutions and implementing changes.
- You have a higher education in HR management, organizational psychology, business management or a related field.
- You are able to independently plan work, set priorities and ensure the achievement of results.
- You are very fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
