Nature of work
- Coordination and development of personnel management areas: employee selection and integration, remuneration policy, employee development, labor relations management, employer image formation and fostering organizational culture;
- Participation in the formation and implementation of the company's strategic goals;
- Close cooperation with the company's management team, consulting on personnel management and employee development issues;
- Analysis and assessment of personnel indicators;
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the personnel department;
- Preparation, updating and ensuring their relevance of documents regulating personnel management.
We are looking for a PERSONNEL MANAGER who would coordinate and develop personnel management processes, strengthen organizational culture and contribute to the implementation of the company's goals. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and cooperative personnel professional.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of successful experience in personnel management;
- Higher university education;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) - an advantage;
- Initiative, responsibility, result orientation, ability to cooperate;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills, ability to manage complex situations, find solutions quickly.
