What awaits you in the position?
- Daily work with highly qualified selections;
- Planning and smooth organization of the HR department's activities;
- Creating and managing employer image, talent attraction, retention initiatives, internal communication;
- Creating and implementing interesting HR projects;
- Consulting employees on HR issues.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in leading a team in a large-scale organization;
- Excellent knowledge and application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and personnel-related legal acts;
- Ability to plan, structure work and inspire the team for common results;
- Analytical thinking, ability to process information, draw conclusions and make proposals;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- MS Office skills;
- Very good knowledge of the Lithuanian language and fluent English.

- Salary consists of a fixed (60%) of 3000 Eur. and a variable (40%) of 2000 Eur;
