Personnel manager in a transport company

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and be responsible for the search and selection process for new drivers, planning driver vacations and coordinating their rotation.
Main responsibilities:
Development and implementation of HR strategy;
Planning and administration of driver work schedules and rotations (exchanges);
Administration of employee documents, preparation of employees for employment (no need to provide data to Sodra);
Assistance to management in solving personnel management issues;

Experience in the field of personnel selection, working with third-country nationals:
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Teamwork skills;
Ability to prioritize, plan work;
Ability to work independently and make decisions;
Computer literacy;
Good knowledge of Russian and English, ability to communicate fluently both in writing and orally;
MOTIVATION to achieve good results:
Driver's license.

2000-2500 €/mon. net
The specific salary is a matter of negotiation
