We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in an international transportation company. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growing organization where the HR function is strategically important in daily operations.
Nature of work
- Develop and implement a personnel strategy, ensuring its compatibility with the company's business goals;
- Organize and ensure a smooth employee selection and induction process;
- Develop and maintain cooperation with employment agencies, especially when working with the employment of third-country nationals;
- Plan and coordinate employee training and competency development;
- Ensure that the company's internal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations, initiate necessary changes;
- Control the processes of compensation for damage caused to the employer by employees;
- Consult managers and employees on labor law issues;
- Organize company events and internal initiatives;
- Prepare, submit and analyze personnel indicator reports;
- Participate in joint company projects and initiatives.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of personnel (experience in the transport sector is an advantage);
- Very good knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage;
- Ability to work with "Infotrans" and/or "Bonus" programs is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and the ability to apply it in practice;
- Knowledge of foreign employment and migration processes;
- Responsibility, independence and good organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
