We are a utility company operating in Skaidiškės, Vilnius district, providing waste management, water management, heating and housing administration services. Our activities are strategically important for the region, and the team consists of specialists from different fields: from engineers and administration to technical personnel and workers.
We are inviting a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join the team.
Main responsibilities:
Formation and implementation of a personnel management strategy, ensuring a consistent HR policy throughout the organization.
Development and implementation of internal personnel procedures, procedures and standards in different operational units (in the areas of waste management, water management, heating and housing administration).
Organization and coordination of the selection process of employees at all levels, operational team building.
Development and implementation supervision of new employee adaptation systems.
Formation and supervision of remuneration policy, improvement of the motivational system, implementation and development of KPI indicators together with department heads.
Analysis of employee training and qualification improvement needs, training planning and control of mandatory certifications.
Ensuring compliance with the labor law requirements of the Republic of Lithuania, consulting on labor relations issues.
Strengthening internal communication, resolving conflict situations and maintaining constructive dialogue in the organization.
Cooperation with occupational health and safety specialists, ensuring a safe and legally compliant work environment.
Formation and strengthening of the employer's image in the local community, positioning the organization as a stable and reliable employer.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of successful experience in personnel management (in the manufacturing, logistics or utilities sector - a great advantage);
Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply it in practice;
Experience in developing and improving personnel processes and systems;
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills;
Ability to work at both the strategic and operational levels;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (verbal and written), knowledge of Polish - an advantage;
Excellent skills in working with MS Office, experience in working with personnel or accounting systems.
