Nature of work:
- Development and implementation of personnel strategy, ensuring its compatibility with the company's business goals;
- Management of personnel selection and employment processes (from need identification to introduction to work);
- Strengthening employee engagement, motivation and organizational culture;
- Ensuring compliance with labor law and maintaining personnel documentation;
- Consulting managers on personnel management issues;
- Ensuring effective cooperation with the company responsible for occupational safety.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in personnel management, management, law or similar field - an advantage);
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- Practical experience in working with personnel documentation and creating internal documents, rules and procedures;
- Ability to independently organize and ensure a smooth employee selection process and coordinate the entire employee journey in the organization (from recruitment to exit);
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office or other HR systems);
- Ability to work independently and plan one's work;
- Initiative, organized, flexible and result-oriented;
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
