We are currently looking for a HR manager who would contribute to the further goals of the company by forming a team of drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Form and implement a personnel strategy, ensuring its compliance with the company's business goals;
- Form and implement a driver search and retention strategy;
- Lead the HR team, which currently consists of 3 employees (the department is expected to expand over the year);
- Form a competitive remuneration and benefits system, organize annual remuneration reviews;
- Manage employee safety and health and environmental compliance processes, including risk assessment, prevention and incident investigation.
Expectations for the employee
- Work experience in the HR department of a transport company;
- Strategic thinking, ability to manage the entire HR function and work with a wide range of responsibilities;
- Leadership in inspiring, developing and mobilizing the team for a common goal;
- Strong communication and influence skills, ability to work with different levels of the organization;
- Independence, initiative and responsibility for results;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English (written and spoken);
- Ability to achieve the desired result, to find solutions in non-standard situations.
