PERSONNEL MANAGER

Human resource process management - administration, improvement, implementation;
Formation of collective and internal company values.
Ensuring the implementation of the employee performance evaluation process;
Organization and implementation of new employee attraction, search and selection processes;
Planning training needs, drawing up development plans and ensuring their implementation;
Consistent development, adaptation and improvement of personnel processes and projects;
Coordination of employee adaptation processes;
Ensuring effective document management processes;
Assessment of changes in the market, initiation of decisions affecting the competitiveness of human resources.
Preparation and maintenance of internal work rules, job instructions, other documents regulating personnel management.

At least 3 years of successful work experience in an analogous or similar position; (advantage in a manufacturing company);
Higher university education (in the field of human resources, psychology, management, law);
Excellent knowledge of labor law, GDPR and the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating personnel management;
Good knowledge of English;
Sufficient computer literacy
Responsibility, communication skills, ability to promptly solve emerging problems;
Strong orientation towards changes, their initiation and implementation;
Ability to work with different people at all levels of the company and achieve the desired result;
Very good time planning and organizational skills;
Creativity, initiative and desire to improve;
