We are an organization operating in the field of social services, striving to create a professional, responsible and employee-valuing work environment. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who would take responsibility for the entire personnel management function - from strategic decisions to daily personnel administration.
This is a position for someone who is able not only to plan and initiate changes, but also actively implements them himself.

Main responsibilities
- Organize and ensure the smooth implementation of personnel management processes throughout the organization.
- Independently perform personnel administration functions and ensure proper preparation and administration of personnel documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, orders, job regulations, internal procedures, work schedules, vacation documents and other documents related to employment relations.
- Organize employee search, selection, employment and adaptation processes.
- Plan employee education, qualification improvement and performance evaluation processes and coordinate their implementation.
- Develop, update and improve personnel management procedures, procedures and internal documents.
- Consult company managers and employees on labor law and personnel management issues.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, GDPR and other legal acts regulating personnel management.
- Organize and implement employee safety and health processes, ensure the management of mandatory documentation, organization of training and implementation of preventive measures.
- Analyze labor market trends, initiate personnel management decisions and contribute to strengthening the organizational culture.
We hope you
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
- You have a higher university education (in human resources management, management, psychology, law or another related field).
- You are well-versed in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the GDPR and other legal acts regulating personnel management.
- You have practical experience in independently administering personnel documentation.
- You are able to organize employee safety and health processes and ensure their compliance with legal requirements.
- You have good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian.
- You are excellent at working with a computer and using basic office programs.
- You are proactive, responsible, able to plan work, make decisions and effectively cooperate with employees at different levels.
