YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy and policy: development and implementation of personnel management strategies and policies, directly responding to the organization's goals.
- Culture, engagement and communication: ensuring internal communication, increasing employee engagement and empowerment, organizing and implementing projects.
- Management development and leadership: daily development of the management team, developing leadership and other important competencies in the organization.
- Workforce and process efficiency: effective workforce planning and scheduling, ensuring prompt team deployment according to production volumes and seasonality (in cooperation with production, sales and warehouse managers).
- Selection and adaptation: attracting new employees, team formation and a smooth introduction process.
- Performance assessment and remuneration: supervision of employee performance assessment processes and formation of remuneration policies.
- Law and documentation: administration of personnel processes, VDT, preparation of job instructions and compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the GDPR.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE:
- At least 3 years of successful HR management experience in the manufacturing sector (required).
- Understanding the specifics of a manufacturing organization, seasonality management and the needs of different employee levels.
- Result-oriented and business understanding – ability to combine employee well-being with manufacturing goals and see HR as a business partner.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Code and GDPR.
- Ability to effectively communicate, listen and build a relationship based on trust with both manufacturing employees and the management team.
- Knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage).
