About the position:
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who would not only oversee HR processes, but would also be actively involved in daily HR issues, selections, and work with employees and managers.
This is a position for someone who is able to independently organize the HR function, see not only the process, but also the business need, and is not afraid to take on practical tasks themselves.

What are you going to do?
- You will be the main HR person in the company - you will consult managers and employees on daily HR issues
- You will organize and conduct employee selections: from needs and search strategy to interviews, candidate assessment and successful employment
- You will actively communicate with candidates and be able to independently conduct job interviews in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new employees and help ensure their smooth adaptation
- Oversee the main processes of the employee cycle - from recruitment to exit from the company
- Prepare, improve and administer personnel documentation, internal rules and procedures
- Collaborate with managers in resolving employee performance, motivation, retention and other team-related issues
- Initiate the development and implementation of remuneration, motivation and other employee management solutions
- Analyze existing personnel processes and look for ways to make them simpler, clearer and more effective
- Monitor personnel turnover indicators and provide management with insights and suggestions
- Contribute to personnel projects and other initiatives related to the growth of the company and improving the employee experience
- Motivate and develop a personnel team (2-3 people)
What do we expect?
- At least 3 years of experience in personnel management / HR, preferably working independently and covering a wide range of HR functions
- Good practical knowledge of English and Russian - it is important not only to understand the language, but also to communicate fluently and independently conduct job interviews in these languages
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and basic principles of personnel administration (experience in working with remote company divisions abroad is a great advantage)
- Independence - we expect a person who not only notices the problem, but also seeks and implements the solution himself
- Result orientation and ability to see personnel decisions through the prism of business needs
- Higher education in personnel management, management or another related field is an advantage
- Experience in working with business trips, summary accounting of working time
