MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation and development of the personnel management function from scratch;
- Formation and continuous improvement of personnel processes, structure and operating principles;
- Creation of personnel management practices in a growing organization;
- Analysis of employee needs together with managers and planning of personnel decisions;
- Organization and implementation of specialist search and selection;
- Search, assessment and coordination of selections of candidates for technical, engineering, design and other positions in the organization;
- Creation and improvement of effective employee attraction channels and selection methods;
- Creation of processes for employee adaptation, performance assessment, training and motivation;
- Development, analysis and monitoring of a personnel performance indicator (KPI) system;
- Analysis of personnel data and providing insights to management;
- Development of an organizational structure, position and competency model;
- Development of internal personnel processes, rules and practices;
- Consulting managers on employee management, team building and organizational culture;
- Cooperation with international teams and partners;
- Opportunity to go on business trips.
Employee requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Higher university education;
Experience in personnel management, employee search and organizational process development;
Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems from inception to fully operational results;
Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition skills;
Ability to independently carry out the entire employee selection process - from clarifying the needs to hiring and adapting the employee;
Experience in employee performance evaluation, KPI indicators and data analysis;
Systematic and structured approach, ability to create and effectively manage processes;
Ability to easily establish contact with people and create trust-based communication;
Analytical thinking, initiative and result orientation;
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of Russian at a conversational level would be a great advantage;
Very good computer skills.
