We are currently looking for a HR manager for all three of our locations: Lukiškės Prison 2.0, Estradà and Kablys.

We have grown up and are looking for someone who can take care of both a smooth recruitment process and employee career path, as well as the internal mood of the organization.

We hope that you are proactive, motivated, able and willing to work with a team. You also have HR manager or similar experience.

Main future responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and coordinating employee search and selection processes;
• Ensuring smooth employee recruitment, adaptation and termination processes;
• Strengthening organizational culture, employee involvement and internal communication;
• Consulting employees on personnel issues, resolving complex situations and assisting managers in making team-related decisions;
• Searching for temporary and additional employees for events;
• Preparation of contracts, powers of attorney and other documents;
• Supervision and coordination of work schedules, salary information and other personnel processes.

We offer a gross salary of 3470 Eur and a green passport to all our events in different locations.
